so...yesterday was very nice (er...the latter half anyways, the first half...not so much XD).

i woke up a bit early and had to take my camera over to kevin's house so terry could use it for the cartel concert she was going to later in the night.

I got to my 3rd class (poli sci) about 5 minutes before class started and i'd forgotten that we had a quiz...and that i had no scantrons so i had to RUN across campus to the bookstore, stand in the line to get into the bookstore, look for the scantrons before realizing that you have to get them from the register, and then RUNNN back to class ...suffice it to say i was late >.>' but whatever, at least the quiz was easy ^^. 

I went to the j1 class, and i was sitting in the back (as usual) and then i hear Johnston sensei say "Yuuko!" Well... i didn't think anything of it because i figured maybe that was one of the students in class ...until i realized that she was talking to me -_-; She got my name right for the first week and a half...what happened yesterday?! ><' 
she got my name right like once yesterday o-o; ...if she messes up again next week i guess i'll have to tell her something ^^;

So...anyways, FINALLY, after classes were over for the day I went to the computer lab for a while until i really really had to go to the bathroom... so i signed out and left around 7-ish. I didn't really feel like walking all the way back to the comp lab so i decided i'd wait for Kevin at Carl's Jr. He ended up coming at like 8:30 (hooray for my warm sweater!). He was so late because he had to go to like 3 different placeslooking for flowers ^^; . After he picked me up we went to Tofu House for dinner (where he paid for like half of my dinner) and exchanged Valentine's Day presents ^^. omg he's so sweet haha. He gave me a single red rose with baby's breath, 2 stuffed bears that are stuck together holding an "I love you" heart which was stuck to a balloon, a heart shaped box of chocolate, and a ring ^^;
oh, and a really thoughtful card  ;~;
*feels waaaay overly spoiled* 
So yeah, afterwards we ended up going to his house and hanging out for a while before he took me home

...all in all a pretty damned good day for me =)

Today I think i'm supposed to hang out with tracy, and later on amy ^-^
should be interesting =)

 So...on Friday I hung out with Kevin and Tracy in the afternoon. We went to Tea Station and talked over some food and tea, it was pretty nice considering it's not very often that my friends and I get to sit around over some drinks or something and just...talk about stuff, we're always trying to plan activities to fill up the time so... ^^;
Sadly though Tracy had to leave, and later on Kevin and I went to Rayna's house where Connie and William were hanging out, as well as meeting their friends Jeffers and another Connie (nicknamed...gramma was it? O_o? ) Anyways... we had some pizza, and they had baked several things so woot ^^. After eating and such, I finally got to see Rayna's collection of lolita outfits ^^ Kevin wanted me to try something on so i tried on one of the dresses but...eh... i couldn't zip it up past my midback (grrr)><'' Anyways... somehow Kevin got coerced into trying on one of Rayna's JSK pink strawberry pieces (poor boy didn't know well enough to run when he had the chance... heh XD) All in all pretty fun day =)

Saturday, Connie picked me up around 11:30 and we headed over to Rayna's house to bake some gingerbread cookies and so they could get ready for the lolita meetup in little tokyo with Molly ^^. Spent much time figuring out what Connie was to wear and such. sadly though, her old skirt (that personally i think looked fine with Rayna's black shirt) got downgraded to a pettycoat for one of Rayna's pieces =/ Anyways, I helped them with their hair (they tried curling it with a hair straightener) and while they were finishing up, I tried straightening my hair ^^; (hooray no poof :3). After were were all ready Rayna's dad dropped us off at MOCA(Museum of Contemporary Arts). We were a bit late and didn't see any of the lolis in the huge assed line at first until one peeped her head out XD. We went over and talked for a bit until randomly this lady from the museum came out and gave us stickers to get in...and then let us in through the exit 8D. We basically got to cut the line AND get in for free!! ^_^' Anyways, we looked around at the Murakami exhibit...really trippy stuff i gotta say o-o; (and of course while doing that got accosted by several people wanting pictures of the lolis)After walking around the place, we all went outside and did some picture taking (me looking like a coat and camera rack ftw! 8D) Eventually we decided to go to Curry House for dinner. While eating Rayna wanted me to ask Kevin if he was going to meet up with us later, which he said he would, and in fact he was eating at CUrry House to...just...in Rowland Heights not Little Tokyo. When we were deciding the bill this lady came up to us and asked for a picture XD. Anyways, after dinner we went to Kinokuniya and then to Marukai for snacks and such, and then stood outside for a bit talking with some other lolis and such. Some people left around then, and the rest of us headed to the arcade. Rayna was getting a bit paranoid about walking around LA afterdark but we had a big enough group so it wasn't toooo bad. Kevin was at the arcade with his little brother, Michel, Jason, and Matthew by the time we got there though and I think i may have punched him in the arm for being late though -_-;. Anyways, we hung around the arcade till around 10:30 before leaving Molly (who gave my Vaeidos and Metal Phyzix cds finally TH ANK YOU! =DDDDD) and some other lolis. Kevin dropped Rayna and Connie off, and then his brother before we headed to his friend Michael's house so he could pay him for something. We ended up being there until like 1:30 because Kevin fell asleep on Michael's floor -_-;;;;;;;;.

Today wasn't too bad (considering I got all of my test results and such today...which definitely put me in a better mood (well...save for speech that is -.-' ). The only thing is at work no one came and Rosie had me at the front desk (which means answering phones and such). She's just been WAITING for the chance to do that to me I swear. Mostly because she knows I absolutely LOATHE talking to people, and am sort of people-phobic >.>' (especially on phones -.-''). Only one person happened to call though, and it was Cindy (my other supervisor). I have to say...Rosie was pretty disappointed (seriously, she was plotting D=) so I know she's going to make me do it again =/ *shudders*

HOWEVER... Tracy is right, tea+coffee with milk is really good D: I got some at Noodle World with some milk pudding and YUMMM 8D... though... since I haven't really had any solid food today... now i'm feeling a bit seasick or something XD 
well... it's past midnight, and i'm sure that had caffeine in it...but i'm still tired and such so... er... yay i have a tolerance for caffeine? i dunno ._.'

anyways, today was...interesting, and a bit unexpected XD

i had a tutor meeting, and then i planned on going with Tracy to Baskin Robins for some ice cream (since she had  coupons and everything). So, right after my meeting Connie called me and said she had to pick up my money for PMX so... I told her to meet me at Baskin Robbins 8D. Tracy came to pick me up, and we headed to BR (which is like right near my school). Connie had told me that they were going to walk around, so as soon as Tracy and I saw the Tokyo something or other store, we figured they'd be there, and of course, they were XD. Connie, Nhung, William, Aaron, and Tony were there (and Tracy and I hadn't seen Tony in quite a while so....that was cool =D). After giving Connie the money, the rest of them left and Tracy and I went to BR since she was going to get her sister an ice cream too. Sadly...Audrey didn't pick up her phone forEVER so after way over an hour we gave up and Tracy just got the sundaes and we left (which...was way after i finished my shake...and we were there for so long that the worker guy gave us free samples of a couple of concoctions XD)

Finally, Tracy and I went to Connie's house where Tracy got to play with teh puppyyyyyy, but she had to leave at around 5:30 =/ I hung around for a while with Connie, Deb, Fro and Nhung. Aaron, William and Tony eventually showed up (again XD). Kevin called around 6:15-ish and came as well, as did Angel and Stephanie. Connie and Nhung and Steph worked on untangling Connie's 4 foot long blue wig for her cosplay (of...erm... some character from Lucky star... i forget what her name is ^^; ). She ended up trying to defrizz it with some sort of spray conditioner stuff. But...danggg that stuff killed people. Connie got sort of sick, and Kevin started coughing and got a majour headache =/ (so...word of advice people... SPRAY THAT SHIT IN A VENTILATED AREA ><''' )

Anyways, in addition to that we all sat around, and decided on plans for PMX (FINALLY!). Kevin wasn't going to go, but I said I'd pay for his admission, so he said fine, he'd go ^^. It turns out we're staying at the Hilton (which is where the convention is located.) There are about 11 of us going, and we're all stuffing ourselves in one room 8D (it comes out to about $27 per person that way XD). It should be an interesting weekend =)

Around 9:30 or so, we all decided to get some grub, so we headed to a pho place (Noodle...City I believe it's called). Sadly, the place closed at 10 and we got there at like 9:40 ><'
So...we went across the street to Noodle World 8D. We had 11 people (since Robert showed up as well XD), so it took a while for us to get a table since it was super crowded (even though nhung knew one of the workers). We all got food (i got seafood tom yum kah soup) and talked and such (...the black hole actually idn't finish!...probably because he still wasn't feeling very well =/ )


We left the restaurant around 11:30 or so, and everyone dispersed for their respective homes XD

...so... i just came back from dragging my ass down around the corner (and partway down a hill) to walk up an ivy covered hill, and collect branches and bring them back here to throw away...
...in sandals...and not so shabby clothes ><' (well...not in like fancy clothes or anything...but i'm not in an old t-shirt and jeans either... <.<' )
because my grandpa refused to tell me what we were doing or where we were going "Follow me and help" 8D

him: the neighbour down the street complained about the stuff i threw over our fence.
me: (well...wtf did you throw it over the fence on his property for in the first place?! -.-'''') ...oh o-o;

...yeah...everyone in the family thinks he's nuts and has been yelling at him to STOP going down our really steep slope and cutting branches and trimming and whatever other stupid shit he's doing(should i remind you he's going to turn 83 in a couple of weeks and definitely not as spry as he used to be?!) and to hire some people to do it but he's being hard headed as usual and NOT listening -_-' 
so...yeah...

anyways... i was going to post about my weekend yesterday...but got preoccupied with that meme thingy ^^

And...that was my weekend XD My mom and Kevin seemed to get along pretty well so woot 8D.

For dinner Kevin and I went to Afloat sushi in Pasadena. Their sushi was pretty good, but it was pretty expensive for the two of us(and Kevin payed it all... i feel bad now >.>' ). I hadn't had anything to eat for the day so my stomach was giving me "I hate you" vibes when I actually did eat. I ended up with a stomachache after a few pieces of sushi so I didn't eat all that much ...which is probably a good thing considering how much the bill came out to xDD. After dinner we walked around Pasadena for a little bit and decided to get gelato from the place Tracy usually goes to. So we went there but it was about 10:45 by then and the place was closed so we walked around some more and found a different gelato place. We got tiramisu flavour yummie ^^. It started raining so we headed back to his car ...on the way it started raining even more though -_-'''' When we got back to his house we finished watching Death Note 2 (FINALLY I FINISHED A MOVIE YAAAAAAY 8DDDDD)

so...for today I'm going to Connie's house and we're going to celebrate her and Jacky's birthdays by going out and watching Resident Evil =D.
and...most likely Kevin and I are going to the fair tomorrow with my mom around...11/12-ish? (weather permitting of course considering it was pouring yesterday)
